Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Time Frame
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Required Conditions
- Product must be unused and undamaged
- Original tags must be attached
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:
- Personal care items (e.g., electric toothbrushes, razors)
- Software, DVDs, and video games that have been opened
- Gift cards and downloadable software products
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:

Step 2: Select Items
Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason
Step 3: Print Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)
Step 4: Package Item
Securely package the item(s) with all original contents
Step 5: Ship Item
Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location
Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items received
- Returns due to our error
For returns based on change of mind, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

International Returns
